# Apple Tree

<figure><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/2uBKT0sq89kj4yCtQw1r/blobs/YBU12JnfYJvEMs4xNCnh/banner-apple-tree.gif" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The Apple Tree cultivation system in <mark style="color:yellow;">**MyDuckly**</mark> offers a gameplay experience integrated with the <mark style="color:yellow;">**MyDuckly**</mark> economy. By planting an apple tree on their <mark style="color:yellow;">**Land**</mark>, players can produce apples, a vital resource for restoring ducks' energy. The cultivation process requires strategic resource management, as irrigating the trees demands water, which can be obtained through the acquisition system in the game's marketplace.

As a competitive advantage, the <mark style="color:yellow;">**apples**</mark> produced can be traded in the <mark style="color:yellow;">**Ronin Marketplace**</mark>, creating opportunities for value generation through player-to-player commerce. This mechanism not only enriches the gaming experience but also establishes a sustainable economic cycle within the MyDuckly ecosystem.

## Rarity System

Each MyDuckly NFT features an innovative reveal mechanism based on an independent probability system. With each reveal, an algorithm executes an individual drawing, following predefined probabilities for each collection, without considering previous results.

It's crucial to understand that each reveal is an isolated event. For example, in a collection of 100 NFTs with a 1% chance for legendary items, there's no guarantee that exactly one legendary item will exist. Since each reveal is independent, it's possible to have more or fewer legendary items than the percentage suggests - everything depends purely on luck at the moment of revelation.

The process is completely free and happens with a simple interaction: just click a button to discover your item's rarity. This unique mechanic offers an interesting market dynamic, as it allows you to trade your NFTs even before revealing their characteristics, adding an extra layer of strategy and excitement to the process.

The rarity probabilities are distributed as follows:

| Rarity | Probability |
| ------------------------------------------------ | ----------- |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Legendary**</mark> | 1.5% |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Epic**</mark> | 3% |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Rare**</mark> | 7,5% |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Uncommon**</mark> | 24% |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Common**</mark> | 64% |

## Apple Tree Attributes

The <mark style="color:yellow;">**Drop Apple attribute**</mark> is a fundamental characteristic of the <mark style="color:yellow;">**Apple Tree**</mark>, representing its resource generation capacity in the MyDuckly ecosystem. This attribute determines the hourly probability of Apple production, which are essential tokens within the ecosystem.

The mechanic works as follows: every hour that the Apple Tree remains planted, the system performs a check based on the Drop Apple attribute value. For example, a tree with a Drop Apple value of 10 has a 10% probability of generating an Apple each hour. This value is directly correlated with the NFT's rarity - the rarer the Apple Tree, the higher its Drop Apple value, resulting in a greater probability of resource generation.

This probability system creates an interesting economic dynamic, where rarer Apple Trees offer greater potential returns through a higher production rate, thus rewarding the holders of these more valuable NFTs.

| Rarity | Drop Apple (Min) | Drop Apple (Max) |
| ------------------------------------------------ | ---------------- | ---------------- |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Legendary**</mark> | 45 | 60 |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Epic**</mark> | 30 | 45 |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Rare**</mark> | 15 | 30 |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Uncommon**</mark> | 10 | 15 |
| <mark style="color:yellow;">**Common**</mark> | 1 | 10 |
