### 4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information with the following categories of third parties:

We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, customer service, and analytics.

#### 4.2 Business Partners

We may share your information with business partners who offer joint promotions or products with us.

#### 4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Game of any change in ownership or uses of your information.

#### 4.5 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when we have your consent to do so.

#### 4.6 Public Blockchain Data

Information about your blockchain transactions is publicly available on the blockchain. This includes your blockchain address and transaction details, which can be viewed by anyone.

### 5. DATA RETENTION

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the Game. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

### 6. DATA SECURITY

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your information. However, please be aware that no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

### 7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Due to the nature of blockchain technology and our minimal data collection approach, your interactions with MyDuckly differ from traditional online services:

#### 7.1 Blockchain Transparency

All your transactions on the blockchain are publicly visible and immutable. You can access your transaction history using blockchain explorers, which provide full transparency into all of your on-chain activities related to our Game.

#### 7.2 Wallet Disconnection

You can disconnect your wallet from our Game at any time. Once disconnected, we no longer have the ability to associate new actions with your wallet address.

#### 7.3 Communications

If you have contacted us for support, you may request that we delete any communication records we maintain.

#### 7.4 Inherent Limitations

Please understand that due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology:

* We cannot delete or modify any data that has been recorded on the blockchain
* Your transaction history and NFT ownership will remain publicly visible on the blockchain even if you stop using our Game
* Smart contract interactions cannot be reversed once confirmed

These limitations are fundamental to blockchain technology and apply to all blockchain-based applications, not just MyDuckly.

### 8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Game is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

### 9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your country.

By using the Game, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where different data protection standards may apply.

### 10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email or through the Game prior to the changes becoming effective. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our information practices.

### 11. CONTACT US

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us at:

**Email**: <contact@myduckly.com>

### 12. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

While our Game primarily processes blockchain wallet addresses rather than traditional personal information, we remain committed to respecting privacy regulations worldwide.

#### 12.1 European Users

As we operate from Sweden, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. However, due to the public and immutable nature of blockchain technology, certain rights typically provided under the GDPR (such as the right to erasure) cannot be fully implemented for on-chain data.

#### 12.2 California Users

For California residents, please note that our minimal data collection practices may limit the applicability of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to our operations. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

For any questions regarding how these regulations may apply to your use of our Game, please contact us using the information provided in Section 11.

### 14. NFT AND BLOCKCHAIN SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS

#### 14.1 Public Nature of Blockchain

Blockchain technology inherently involves the public display of certain transaction data. When you interact with our NFTs and smart contracts, information such as your wallet address and transaction details are publicly available on the blockchain. This is a fundamental feature of blockchain technology, not a specific data collection practice of MyDuckly.

#### 14.2 Pseudonymity

Our Game is designed to preserve pseudonymity. Your wallet address functions as your identifier, and we do not require you to connect it to your off-chain identity. However, please be aware that techniques exist that might correlate blockchain activity across platforms, potentially affecting your pseudonymity.

#### 14.3 NFT Metadata

The metadata associated with NFTs (which may include images, descriptions, attributes, etc.) may be stored either on-chain or off-chain. If stored off-chain, we use decentralized storage solutions where possible to ensure the persistence of this data.

#### 14.4 Smart Contract Interactions

When you interact with our smart contracts, such as minting, buying, selling, or transferring NFTs, these interactions are recorded on the blockchain and are publicly visible.

#### 14.5 Wallet Connections

When you connect your digital wallet to our Game, we collect your wallet address to verify ownership of NFTs and provide you with access to related features. No traditional account creation or personal information is required beyond your wallet address.

### 15. EFFECTIVE DATE

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand its contents.
