# Introduction

<mark style="color:yellow;">**MyDuckly**</mark> is a multichain gaming platform and tool operating on the Ronin and Polygon networks. While we have collections and tools available on Polygon, our native token <mark style="color:yellow;">**$MYDLY**</mark> is established on <mark style="color:yellow;">**Ronin**</mark>. The choice of these networks wasn't random - both Polygon and Ronin share values aligned with MyDuckly team's vision, and they offer competitive transaction fees (gas fees) compared to other blockchain networks, making our platform more scalable and accessible for our players.

Currently, we have a portfolio of completed games and others in development. Our strategy is differentiated: instead of launching a new token for each game, our focus is on enhancing and adding value to $MYDLY by constantly expanding its functionalities and utilities within the ecosystem.

Expanding beyond the gaming universe, MyDuckly also stands out in the educational field. Our founder and CTO ([<mark style="color:yellow;">**Marco Bruno**</mark>](/whitepaper-myduckly/time.md)), driven by his passion for sharing knowledge, is developing a programming-focused course platform. On this platform, $MYDLY will be the official currency for course payments, demonstrating our vision that the token goes far beyond the gaming environment, establishing itself as a versatile tool in our educational and entertainment ecosystem.

## $MYDLY Token: Simple, Fair, and Secure

The <mark style="color:yellow;">**$MYDLY**</mark> was designed based on three fundamental principles: simplicity, fairness, and security. Our token stands out for having no transaction fees on buying or selling, and the team has no reserved token allocation, ensuring complete transparency.

The project's sustainability is ensured through a clear and straightforward business model: MyDuckly receives 8% on transactions made within the platform, sufficient revenue to maintain the team and operations running. Important to note: if you choose to buy and sell $MYDLY in the open market, we don't interfere with or benefit from these transactions.

## NFTs in the MyDuckly Ecosystem

In MyDuckly, our NFT collections are divided into two main categories, each with distinct purposes:

1. **Functional NFTs** are NFTs that unlock and enable specific functionalities within the MyDuckly platform. These collections are essential for accessing special features and characteristics of the ecosystem.
2. **Cosmetic NFTs** are designed to provide a unique customization experience in MyDuckly. These collections allow each player to express their individuality and personal style within the platform, creating a distinctive visual identity.

Customization goes beyond simple aesthetics: we've created a competitive environment where users can participate in elegance contests, in which the community evaluates and rewards the most well-crafted and aesthetically harmonious accounts.
